Join the Latin Link community across the world as we come together for a week of prayer.

Across Latin America, Europe, and beyond, the Latin Link community is coming together for a week of prayer, starting Saturday 19 May. Each day will feature a particular topic, and there are resources to assist people in their prayer times.

Paul Turner, the new International Team Leader (ITL), comments: ‘As we look ahead to our week of prayer for Latin Link and the world, I’m reminded that without prayer, we are nothing. One of the challenges I set our members at our International Assembly in February was that we might be 10 per cent more prayerful, 10 per cent more kind, and 10 per cent more gracious as a Latin Link community. Please pray for us as we seek to be more like Jesus in this way.’

The daily schedule for the week – which you can adapt as you need to, to help you make the most of this time – is as follows:

Paul Turner continues: ‘May God stir in all of us a fresh sense of urgency to seek God in prayer, not just for what he is doing in Latin America and Europe, but around the world. May we be alert and open to hear what God wants to say to us and respond with joyful obedience.’

If, as you pray, you sense the Lord saying something specific to you about Latin Link, please share it with the Latin Link Core Team by writing to [email protected].

Also, feel free to post on the Latin Link UK  Facebook page and  Twitter feed.

To finish, Paul Turner says: ‘Thank you for joining with us to pray in this way. May God use the prayers of his people to strengthen our commitment to put Jesus first in our lives and to serve him wherever he has called us to.’
